The Layout – Bedrooms, Pool & Living Spaces
The villa is arranged into two wings:

On one side, the main building houses the private pool, enclosed living and dining area, kitchen, and two ensuite bedrooms.
On the opposite side, a separate master suite provides additional privacy and comfort, featuring a Smart TV, wardrobe, working desk, and a large bathroom with a modern bathtub, walk-in shower, table, and chair.

All three bedrooms are ensuite and offer direct views of the rice fields, creating a sense of calm and connection to nature. The second and third bedrooms, located by the pool, each include a working desk, wardrobe, and private shower.

Living, Dining & Kitchen – Indoor/Outdoor Flow
At the heart of the villa is a stylish enclosed living space that brings together the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas under one roof. Large sliding glass doors open to a covered terrace and pool area, both of which overlook the surrounding rice fields.

Inside, the space is complete with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for seven, and a guest toilet for added convenience.

Directly in front of the enclosed area is an open lounge zone with a daybed sofa facing the fields—an ideal spot to read, nap, or simply enjoy the soothing view.

Pool Area

-The villa features a private garage with secure parking for both cars and motorbikes.
-Baby-friendly amenities are available, including wooden baby cots with mosquito nets, high chairs, babysitting services, and pool fences for hire.
-Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
-Luggage storage is offered between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for early arrivals or late departures. Please let us know in advance to arrange.
-Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
