RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS

 

VILLA POLICY

  1. All registered guests must provide official ID upon check-in as required by local government regulations.

  2. Guests must leave the property in good order and clean condition and are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.

  3. Only the persons named on the booking form may use the accommodation; subletting, sharing, or assigning is prohibited. Unauthorised guests will be asked to leave by the Villa Manager.

  4. Parties, events, and outsiders are not allowed at the villa. Guests must respect neighbors with no loud music.

  5. The villa rental is only for the agreed dates and times; additional charges apply for occupancy outside these periods.

  6. All expenses incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out, including charges for damages and additional services used.

  7. Guests are responsible for any breakages and will be charged accordingly.

  8. Complaints must be addressed before check-out or upon the guest's return home. We will not process the complaints after check-out.

  9. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We decline any responsibility in any loss, theft, accident, personal injury or any inconvenience caused by guests in or out of the villa.

 

SAFETY IN THE VILLA

  1. NO SMOKING POLICY: For the comfort and safety of all guests SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN BEDROOMS. Smokers may do so only at the open area of the villa. All debris must be disposed of safely.

  2. According to local law, quiet hours are between 22:00 hours to 08:00 hours.

  3. Swimming pools can be dangerous & neither the pool (nor the beaches) are to be used by children without adult supervision.

  4. Firearms: Under no circumstances are firearms of any kind permitted in the property. Should any guest choose to ignore this ruling, and then they and their party shall be removed from the property without compensation. 

  5. Animals & Pets: Animals & pets are not permitted in the property. 

 

RESERVATION POLICY

  1. Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM
     
  2. To secure the booking, a payment of 50% of the grand total is due within 2 days of your confirmation of intention to book. The balance payment must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival date.
     
  3. A security deposit is required for some villas. The villa manager will request it upon arrival and will refund it on departure day provided every extra service has been paid and the villa did not suffer any damage or loss, in which case deposit will be refunded (by cash or through bank transfer) less cost of damage or loss.

 

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

  1. To secure your booking, we require written confirmation and a non-refundable 50% deposit.

  2. Bookings will be held for 2 working days from the date of this Term of Payment. Failure to submit a deposit within this period will result in cancellation of the booking request.

  3. The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full 60 days prior to arrival. Payments are non-refundable.

  4. Last-minute bookings (less than 30 days prior to arrival) require full prepayment.

  5. Guests are responsible for all bank transfer fees.
